If I could give ten stars I would. Charlotte and Jim are awesome. They are very upfront and honest throughout the whole process. We walked out feeling extremely confident in our purchase and so thankful we were given the opportunity thanks to Charlotte and Jim working to put us in a vehicle. I had a great experience and if I am in the market again for a quality vehicle I will be coming back.
So from the beginning:
Working with the sales team was easy they were not pushy but were informative. I did my research on their website and found a Maroon Tahoe I was interested in (Aggie Class of ‘06) after checking all the comparables online I went to see it in person. There was no bait and switch the photo’s look just like the car did in person and after a quick review of the car inside and out I was ready to talk price. I didn’t have to play games I asked for his best deal and he gave me a fair price. I have had my Tahoe for a year now and it is still running great and it is one of the most stress free experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. If you find yourself in the market for a vehicle I would definitely recommend Sport & Classic, for a good car buying experience and for a quality car.

I recently purchased a hummer from sport & classic motors and they exemplified quality customer service through the entire process. Charlotte made sure to call myself and my fiancé consistently to inform us about the process rather than push a sale on us. I was out of state when I began the car buying process and she went out of her way to email me the paperwork and applications necessary to purchase the car. I literally flew into Houston, drove to Sport & Classic motors, and Charlotte kept the doors open until we got there. One hour later we drove off the lot in a classy hummer and I could not be happier with the whole process. Jim & Charlotte are on a level of professionalism and class that I have never seen in the car sales industry in my entire life.
